No one likes to be lectured to. That is especially true of leaders. So, at EBS, we embrace an approach that blends self-paced learning, large group experiences and small group discussion.
Leaders are expected to work actively with the material as they engage critically with the facilitator and one another. This involves pre-work, group workshops and peer discussions. We do our best to align our information with what is happening at your company in the moment. That makes it easy to see the application of tools.
